POT serves as a platform of trainers who have worked or who have shown interest in working on international level inside the project “New Age Conflict Transformation” led by “Conflict Transformers NET”. It is created with a role to empower, motivate and coach organizations and individuals interested in online conflict transformation. Furthermore, it provides a space for the exchange of experience and education, and developing competences of its members and all those interested in this field of work.
